This complex, fluid, phased project was negotiated to accommodate this specialised project and the client’s very specific needs. The client had used our services before, and recognised our skills with regard to our building knowledge which complimented with the architect and engineers talents, provided a more all inclusive, unified design team approach to the project. Our in-house cost controls allowed the client to make informed decisions with regard to budgets, and to constantly review the impact of any decision he made. The transparent manner of reporting allowed the client to reduce the size of his professional team.
